SUMMARY:Liddington MIAS MTB Ride Leader L1/L2 course
DESCRIPTION:We will be running another MIAS Mountain Bike Leader Level 2 course on Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th August 2026 at Liddington Village Hall.\n\n\nThis is the perfect course for anyone wanting to working in mountain biking and is a standard qualification for many outdoor activity companies\, such as Neilson Active. It is recognised internationally and domestically and is an ideal qualification for teachers or leaders in organisations like the Scouts looking to deliver mountain biking activities. Check out our Q&A page for more information on MIAS courses.  \n\n\nThe course will take place on the Marlborough downs and you will learn route planning\, skills coaching\, leadership and guiding skills\, enabling you to guide groups in technical terrain. It will also qualify you to teach the skills required to ride at that level. These include front wheel lifts\, rear wheel lifts\, bunny hops\, drops and trail obstacles. \n\n\nThe course costs £280\, which includes your MIAS registration and log book.
