SUMMARY:Devon MIAS MTB Ride Leader Level 2 course
DESCRIPTION:We are running a mid week MIAS Mountain Bike Leader Level 2 course in the Easter holidays in a new location – Princetown\, Devon.\n\nThis is the perfect course for anyone wanting to working in mountain biking and is a standard qualification for many outdoor activity companies. It is recognised internationally and domestically and is an ideal qualification for teachers or leaders in organisations like the Scouts looking to deliver mountain biking activities. Check out our Q&A page for more information on MIAS courses.  \n\nThe course will take place in the epic Dartmoor national park and you will learn route planning\, skills coaching\, leadership and guiding skills\, enabling you to guide groups in technical terrain. It will also qualify you to teach the skills required to ride at that level. These include front wheel lifts\, rear wheel lifts\, bunny hops\, drops and trail obstacles. \n\n\n\n\nThe 2 day course will run on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th April 2026 at Princetown Community Centre. The course costs £280\, which includes your MIAS registration and log book.
