DESCRIPTION:In this 3 hour small group session\, you will learn \n\nHow to carry out a bike check to ensure your bike is safe and roadworthy\nHow to set the saddle and controls comfortably for the rider\nHow to fix a puncture\nHow to adjust the brakes and change brake blocks\nHow to adjust the gears\nHow to rejoin a broken chain\n\nWe urge you to bring your own bike on the day so that you can work on it. Please note that the lift is out of order at the venue\, so if bringing your own bike you will need to carry it up one flight of stairs.  \nThis course is free of charge to the public. You need to book a place\, which you can do through Eventbrite.
