We are running our first MIAS Bike Maintenance Course.
This a 2 day course that qualifies you as a mechanic to a level that would be able to look after a fleet of bikes – perfect for schools or hire centres. Topics include:
- Tools
- General pre-ride checks
- Gear adjustment
- Chain splitting
- Brake adjustment
- Puncture repair/tyre and replacement
- Cassettes
- Bottom Brackets
- Headsets
- Wheels
- Seat posts and saddles
- Pedals
- Handlebars
- Forks rigid/suspension
The 2 day course will run split with day 1 on Monday 11th and day 2 on Wednesday 13th May 2026 in Wichelstowe, Swindon and will cost £270, which includes your MIAS registration fees and log book.
