Our Essential skills course is everything you need to get started mountain biking, along with all the skills you need to enjoy yourself safely and be able to progress at your own pace.
In the 2.5 hour session we:
Get you setup with your bike, getting you the best riding position
Introduce Body position - how to position yourself for maximum confidence and control
Using both these things to develop the fundamental skills - cornering, descending, ascending and tackling rough surfaces and smaller obstacles.
Cost is £50 per person.
